Trouble Starting Xbox And Loading Games Off Hdd.

Well everytime i try to turn my xbox on it usually will turn on and off twice and then sound like its running fine but i'l get no audio and video. So what i have to do is press down on the top of my xbox in a wierd spot and it will sometimes, if i'm lucky, turn on. After that my evolution x dashboard loads up and i go to my games menu and pick one but the damn thing wont load up. I have a stick up my butt, will someone please help me out?

Open your Xbox up and fix your mod chip.

If you've previously removed the motherboard screw it back down.
