This One Is Really Confusing

blink.gif        But there is good news out of this... i took it to my house, i connected on a 56 k....  the comunication worked....  and best of all,  project gothom worked with out lagging on 56 k....     crazy  !!!  biggrin.gif
       so to all the 56 k users,    get a crossover cable, boxlink on dial up and run project gotham 2....  beerchug.gif      

let me warn u though....   halo lags....   and all other games lag...  first person shooting.. those i only tried...

 so back to the point.... i need help with connecting to bo xlink .....  i want to play other games but with out modem all im left with is project gotham...

what settings shouldi  have for realtec nic card.... and the usb modem connection?

also,    what settings should i keep for xlink messenger rc2 ?   cuz i know some stuff there snt correct....

please help ..  huh.gif              i shared my secret with project gotham, now give back some info     biggrin.gif

hehe ok man.. so, to summarise, it all works for you at your house, but when u take your box to your friends house, his xlink on the PC works, but bo-xlink wont see it?

If so, make sure that the "subnet" setting on your xbox is the same as the subnet setting on your friends PC - then it should work.
