Make sure your XBox is on the same network as the PC running XLink is. Go to Unreal 2's system link menu. Have it search for games. If you look at your PC, it should have successfully detected your XBox on the network and popped up under 'Local XBoxes'.

Then when people join the room, work it out amongst yourselves who will host the Unreal 2 server on the XBox and the rest will join it.

Each game's system link menu/s is different, but the same rules apply ie. you can either host or you can join.
