Need Ability To Create Rooms If Xlink Is Disconnec

I'm all in favor of moving everyone to Kai but we need to be able to kick people with high pings or are disruptive. This needs to be implemented before you switch over.

 When will you be adding this cabability  to games like Rainbow six 3?
