Help Can't See Orbitals

Hi yeah um...
When I start up kai it connects but I can't see any orbitals...
Either the above happens or it constantly says orbital connection lost...
Is there anyone out there that can help me...
And can someone tell me if I configured my NIC's properly, do I need to enable ICS? I don't have a router, I use my college's server...
