WinPCap rubbish. Remove all old WinPCap versions from Control Panel. Reboot. Install WinPCap 3.1. Reboot.

Do this AFTER you've installed XLink.

blink.gif . I do have the new WinPCap v3.1 beta.
More help is still needed if anyone else has had this issue and gotten past it.  I wanna play some Unreal-II and this is pissing me off grr.gif .  

On a side note, I cant even run my Kai v0006c.  it just sits there on boot up.

most important thing is rebooting after uninstalling, and then rebooting again after an install.
