Ok i know its a long way off but this will need some time to organise teams and other stuff.

What i want to do is run a tournament on XLink for Rainbow Six 3, but as the game itself is team oriantated it would be wrong to have 1 on 1 matches.

So I want 4 vs 4 matches and we will need a lot of players, plus it would be great if some people with decent up-speed was willing to spare there time and xboxes to being dedicated servers.

So more info will follow but if you could please help me out with some information, to help me set up the rules.

* What maps do you want?
* How many games should a round consist off
* Game type
* any weapons that should be included / omited

Plus please feel free to use this post to try and find a team, or players for your team.

btw, the ladder part of the system is set up.

so all we need is players

to play on the ladder your team needs at least 2 players, and you play games agaist other teams. (not all your team need to play every match)

as long as the sides for the match are even then it should be easy to report the match.

I would sugest that the team captains decide what options to play and how long the match will be prior to the begining.

Why on earth would you restrict Desert Eagles?  If someone is bold enough to whip out a pistol on me when I'm waving an assault rifle in their face then why not?  50 cal pistol rounds are not 50 cal sniper rounds in case you didn't know.  I live near Fort Hamilton, if the old geezer from the vietnam war  who lives down the block can have a Desert Eagle in real life why can't I have one in fantasy?  It's not a cheesy weapon.  50 cal snipers and genade launchers should be turned off however.  I usually take a  G36C a Desert Eagle and two slots of frag grenades.

Ok to help players who are not into the whole team / clan thing and just want to join in with the tourney I have created a team called Freelance.

If you want to join this team sign up on the RS3 ladder and then let me know your ladder name and I will add you to it.

It will then allow you to register for the tourney. either joining another freelance team or starting your own.

However I encourage players to set up there own teams but this freelance option might be for you if your new and want to just get in and play.

I will set up a forum in the arxtech site for RS3 team talk.

Taz:  I know some of our guys are receiving errors while trying to sign-up to the ladder.

They do have to sign-up on the ladder before they can join a tournament team, correct?
