Locking Up Please Help

I cant play against more then 1 other x-box on halo, if more then 1 other x-box logs in my network locks up I have SBC yahoo DSL, netgear fast hub and 2 x-box's but if I have both on I can't play against others without locking the network up and if I only have 1 on I can only play against 1 other,, whats wrong????
