Cant See Local Xbox

I had it working at one time but I changed some stuff around in pc and had to remove lan cards. now I cant seem to get it back correctly. I see other remote xboxes  but no local what settings do I need in xbox and nic that xbox is hooked to I am useing xp with two nic's
