im getting the same prob. When I register the msinet it works and when I quit Xlink to delete the Rc2 update folder with the msinet.ocx install thing in it i cant launch xlink back up
do i have to keep the folder???

Don't delete that msinet.ocx file, instead move it to your game folder then install it.  Leave it in that folder.

try registering packetx.dll ... the installer should do it, but its obviously not done

Doens't work either :-/

I uninstalled XLink and reinstalled and manuelly registed both msinet.ocx and packetx.dll.
No luck...

Any more suggestions....
