Xbox Won't See Any Games!

After finally getting xlink to work, it seems I just can't play games with it. After configuring my router (it's actually an alcatel 510, but it functions as a router), connecting my xbox, router and pc to a switch, and installing xlink, I fire xlink up and go to a room. Then I go to my xbox, start a game in system link, and wait for it to find the game. But alas, I can't find no game! I've tried CounterStrike, Halo, Crimson Skies, Tony Hawk Underground... no luck with any of them. Any help?
