ok so servers are still home hosted, and is there going to be any difficulties in Kai if you are behind a firewall, or using a network IP ??

i have had my XP firewall on, when i was running RC2, and it worked fine, same with XBC
it might work if it's an XP one...but, we will see
as for the software/hardware firewall (forgot which it was) it might be different

It's looking good for GCN support in this beta.. I'll be testing it out in a few hours - if all goes well, you will be able to use it to play MKDD - although I cant stress enough that it will *not* be properly optimised - and this build is win32 only at the moment.
