... It pains me to see this, there are much more important issues in the world, and people get worked up over this type of thing...

At the end of the day its just a piece of software, now there planning on sueing you...

... what are they going to sue you for?

you havent made any money out of it, so the total amount of money they can recoup from you is £0, $0, 0 Yen, 0 DM... the only thing they can do is get a court order to remove there code from your software. (unless that code is free domain)

So if there isnt any of there code, you cant remove it.

btw im not a legal expert, but this is not a complicated legal case.

So will also say that you have grounds for liable if they are wrongly accusing your product on there company website
