Yes you can.

you just need to go to the room you or mode you want to play the game in and have the game you want to play running.

It dont mater where the game is as long as its running on your xbox.

Have your controller in your hand and the TV visible.

Log into XLink. When you join rooms in rooms mode, well then just use the controller to run that game from your dashboard. Simple as that. (Might like to get a bios with IGR. X2 preferrably. Helps you to quickly return to the dash and select a new game.)

i figured it out. sorry to bother you all

for people as ignorant as me or, just dont use instructions:

open the messenger and choose preferences and then advanced preferences or options. and in there you can give a path to each game on your xbox.
