Only halo and brute force suffer from the problem.. as far as i know..

The net was having a little trouble over the last couple of days.. some big routing stations in america were failing or something... I think its fixed again now..

top spin is only out in pal form right now, so you shouldnt have any issues period, because you cant try the NTSC version.
