Hello,

I have done a lot of reading on Live bans, and I am finding the information very contradictory/confusing.  I have been banned from Live.  What options do I have?  I want to buy a new 360 system, should I use the brand new hard drive to recover my gamertag, or should I swap the hard drive from the modded system over to the new system and recover the gamertag?  The old hard drive, has game saves from ripped games, so will that cause probles (profile corruption, etc.?)
