See If Any Can Help Me

I'm trying to connect to xboxlive with this cable modem im using its a Motorola SB5100 SURFboard Cable Modem. I can connect to the internet with my pc but thats about it. I'm pretty sure im not banned ether. when i try to connect the my 360 i get these error codes

W: 0000 000B
X:0000 F001
Y: 0000 0000
Z: 0000 0000
ID: 0004 0000

any help will be much appreciated!  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)
