as long as your xboxdash.xbe is a legit retail MS dash, and your xbox has the SAME EEPROM and HD key, you should be ok.
I don't think anyone here could offer 100% guarantees of anything.

If your original xbox was never banned you should be fine with doing it that way  smile.gif

Just adding another account won't do anything, I've had multiple people log into my original xboxs for stuff
