I wouldn't do that if I were you for the sake of YOURSELF.  If you upgrade to a larger HDD you will be banned because M$ truly scans your system.  There is no known remedy to evade the HDD scanning as of now.  So if you wanna do that and do dat dat dat go right ahead and get banned in due time.  Some have played on Live for 1 year before getting busted.  Others report that it has been only a few hours so take it for what it's worth.  I just can't believe people are still using HDD that don't meet the stock's specs or atleast use the stock.  Guess they just love getting banned over and over until they are permanently banned for good!

Lordvader is one of the most knowledgeable on xbox and xbox live. He created Marriage theory and it has been proven true. Since I started posting here I have seen everything he has said to be true. Most of Xbox live is figured out now, thanks to the work of people like Lordvader.  There are tested and qualified ways to get around being banned, and to continue using Live.
New Eeprom + New Large Hdd + New Gt = Live
or
New Eeprom + Stock Hdd + Old Banned GT = Live

These are two tested and proven ways to get back on live.

Snaaake, Vader is the man and he knows his shit, you can use the stock Hdd, or the large Hdd, I personally like the large Hdd for the extra room.
