ok i've heard to rumors about new xbl... first, i've heard that when you sign on xbl it scans the c drive for extra files or file modification
2nd i've heard that xbl scans for hard drive size now is that true ??? please and thank you

I wouldnt be surprised if this is true..I was banned without any apprent reason the other day. been on for like 2.5 years without any problem and just banned last saturday out of nowhere. only thing I did was put a friend's live account on my xbox but as far as I am concerned thats perfectly legal(unless my friends tag was flagged for whatever reason)

they dont scan C or E for any extra files

they only scan HD size if your GT has been flagged (banned before or lots of neg feedback)

also I dont think they even bother checking if you get too many negative feebdack..I was suspended for 2 weeks cuz I kept beating the hell out of everyone in cvs2..I used to have like 90% win ratio back in the day..resulted in a temp banishment  laugh.gif

but I was back online after 2 weeks on a 200 gigs drive no problem

I'm good... though i haven't been on Live in a LONG time.
I have extra files on a modded stoxk HDD on C and E that I use for Live... so they are not scanning unflagged GT's HDDs for that.

I've been using my 120GB HDD with EvoX and shortcut XBE to XBMC on the C drive, and I haven't been banned.
