Aiight low try using these DNS Servers here: Primary 204.127.203.135 Secondary: 216.148.225.135
Also set your IP to Static, example 192.168.1.200  Check your PC's Network Settings by going to the "Start", "Run" and type "ipconfig/all".  This will show you all configurations on your network.  Compare your MAC address with that of the Xbox's.  Be careful that you don't get banned for modding also.
