yah, whenever you get banned permenately, the xbox live account your were on gets banned from matchmaking as well. So your going to need to get a new account if you want to play mm

Thank you. Will do soon enough, im on vacation so i really cant re-mod my xbox for another week. Im confused, i swear ive seen alot of posts that give 2 ways to unban yourself, one with new GT and one with old GT. Oh well subscroption is almost up, but i'd rather finish it out.

Never mind, thought you had to have your box modded to look this stuff up here are my codes:

From what ive researched, i think this is a good. legit code. I was banned from halo matchmaking, but i can still play live. I guess that means i just need a new Gamertag then? Next time il be sure to un-ftp my maps when i connect to live >.< Left those suckers on and a few hours later they pulled the plug on me.

M$ is definitely banning people for having larger than a 10g HDD. I have proven this to myself by trial and error with my son's xbox. They will receive information about your HDD details and that's it BAAAM. So if I were you, I'd stop going on XBL with that HDD before you really get condemed from XBL. It's only a matter of time that they ban your account permenantly.

You got it cbk41, I'd get a new GT for sure. Do it quickly for the bot run your info and get you banned.
