i had my xbox live acoount banned on halo 2 matchmaking for a while but why only halo 2 matchmaking but i didnt have any time to make a new one. today i decided to get a new account. i made a new account, i played 3 custom games, 1 sniper custom, 1 swat custon and 1 superjumping game. i hade the account for about 3 hours and i decided to go into matchmaking and then the message comes up again.
the message and i quote
'one or more players on your xbox has been permentally suspended for halo 2 matchmaking, you can still play custom games with your friends and clan members'
WTF
my first account got banned because i had standbyers in my team and i got the highest scor so i thought i must have been reported. phoned MS they give me an email (
[email protected]) or something like that. so i emailed them. i emailed them on the 24th of march 2006 and still no reply today being the 29th of june 2006.
and my brand new account still gets banned so i phone them again i tell them the problem they give me the email of bungie i tell them that i sent an email to the 3 months ago and they just say that all they can do.
i came on this site today and found the XYZ code thing and it says if your Y code is something like 00A8 or 008A you are banned. but is this something to do with the xbox hard drive, the xbox itself or my connection.
if anyone can help me please do i need some answers to all my question PLEASE HELP!!!
p.s. does anyone know why bungie dont have a phone number
Wow I have a feeling your lieing about how you got banned but thats just me.
You need to delete your old account thats banned.
