Unbanned Hd

basically got banned going on live with chip, replaced the bios and im still banned. Meaning HD is banned too, so i have to get a new EEPROM and HD? Question is can the HD key be changed or does an entirely new hd need to be swapped in

With old Gamer tag:new eeprom and any stock xbox hdd
With new Gamer tag:new eeprom and any hdd that is compatible to the xbox (ex. locking/unlocking ability)

The hdd has to be locked and the mod-chip has to be disabled and the game has to be loaded from the original M$ dashboard.
