Most likely you aren't permitted to receive downloads because you are a suspected modder.  Probably in a few days you will be banned for sure.  I'm telling you .....you can't go on Live with any type of mods now days or you will get caught.  I've done every possible scenario that can be done.  You must go back to Stock or get banned.  You might want to check out that DVD drive also...sounds like a Thompson.
