Noob Question: Chipped Xbox, Never Been On Live.

This is the deal:
I have an xbox with xenium ice modchip.
Never been on live.
upgraded hd.

Will I get banned if I get a live account?
Will my eeprom be banned?
could it be unbanned if i get another 2 month?

I realize that these are noob questions, but I have no idea what this would be categorized as in the forums, so...

no you wont get banned.

no a 2 month trial would not get you unbanned if you were banned.

However you must make sure the modchip is off and the retail bios is loaded when you try to connect to live!

Thanks.  That's what I thought, although I did have to resize the original bios to 512KB from 1024KB to make it fit into the second bank on my X2.6CE modchip.  I went on live the other day running from the retail bios, and I was banned for "modified hardware."  I guess I'm a victim of the new mod detection scheme, like so many other people.
