So I go to sign onto xbox live earlier. I've gotten in a pretty good habit to turn off my x3 modchip while booting my xbox (long press) because I've been playing xbox live more then not as of late.
So I sign in and am idling my xbox while I'm on my computer. To my horror the x3 light is blue (on) instead of red (off). But it doesn't make sense, I remember thinking that I did a long press right before I stuck in my halo disk, then sat on my computer to do something. Another thing that confuses me, because one time I got banned by trying to sign onto xbox live with my modchip on 8 months ago was that it wouldn't let me connect, it would just give me errors immedietly, but I was of course banned the next day. This time it just connected right up, which is bizarre because this should even be possible unless I'm mistaken.
Plus the x3 bios has xbox live accidental prevention, so I figured that would kick in if I tried to go to xbox live (it's happened before)
Could it be possible it was just a faulty light, or am I gonna see my favorite "moddified hardware" error when I try to sign on tomorrow.
Argh, what a pain
