Strange Router Prob
« on: May 24, 2006, 10:15:00 PM »

I've been away from the forums for awhile, and things have changed so feel free to move this post if it needs to be.

I've been using a Linksys NR041 router for a long time with Xbox Live, no problems. Until I started hooking two consoles into it.

When I hook the 2nd system in, it kicks the 1st one off of XBL. I've Been trying for a long time to figure this out, but it has blown my mind at this point.

SETUP:
Internet connects to the Linksys NR041. From there, the line goes to a Linksys WRT54G V5 wireless router. The WRT54G is receiving the connection via port 1, not the WAN port. The router itself is set to Router mode, with a static IP of 192.168.1.20. DHCP is also disable on the WRT54G. The two Xbox Consoles are then hooked into the WRT54G router. I also have two different computer running off of the WRT54G.

Any kind of insight into the problem is greatly appreciated.
