Wont Let Me Unsubscribe, Can I Jsut Get Banned?

I cant unsubscribe for XBL from my Xbox.  I have a modded xbox, so if I go in with the chip on and it bans me(I dont care if it does), will it unsubscribe me and not take money off my credit card?

just call micosoft an cancel your xbox live. if you are in the usa call 1-800-4myxbox.

just call them, they've always been good to me..

you wouldn't want to get your xbox banned in case perhaps you wish to sell it down the road? looks better if it can go on live.
