Quick Question For Quick Answer Pleaseeee...
« on: May 10, 2006, 03:55:00 PM »

it really doesnt matter as long as you make sure both HDs (old and new) are unlocked when you do the eeprom change

so you could go
1:unlock old HD
2:flash new eeprom
3:install new HD
4:lock new HD

or

1:unlock old HD
2:install new HD
3:flash new eeprom
4:lock new HD

also, if you have been banned and are using your old gamertag, make sure you are using an actual stock xbox 10gb HD, not just any old 10 gigger

I read in another post that it really doesnt matter what kind or size drive you use you just had to do account recovery to get the GTs back (I have 2 by the way, one's mine and one's my friend's)

if you were banned using a GT that GT is now flagged and can no longer be used with any non-stock HD (or youll get banned again) read marriage theory 101

Ok. so let me ask ya... my GT is IIISH0WTIMEIII if I make is IISH0WTIMEII will it work?? (if that was a stupid question let me know) and do I have to go buy a new subscription code or what?? sad.gif because I dont remember the old ones. by the way thanks for your help...

if you make a new GT it will be fine (even if its simialr to your old one, lol) you will need a new subscription code

if you get an actual stock HD (check b/s/t, im sure lots of peopel have them for sale) you can still use your old GT and wont have to buy a new subscription code
