I've had this code as well and believe it to be that in the "Y" line the "C2" code has to do with a corrupt eeprom or processor related. If you have an eeprom that has been edited or so, that means either the serial number is incorrect or one of the other listings of that eeprom i.e "online key", "hdd key", etc. This is what I believe to be true for I have done many experiments. I have used all four of my Boxes and this is what I've come up with. If you didn't know, the serial number on the bottom of the console sticker must match that of the configuration S/N. In some cases there is belief that the serial number has been edited indeed causing this "C2,3,4,etc.

I just got almost the same error and when I did a search I found this thread. It looks like you never got the answer you needed.
my xyz is almost the same as yours.

Did anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this? Live is up and running right now but not for my Xbox 1 but my 360 hooks up just fine so I know it is up
Hey Mrwormwood could you look on the bottom of your console (Xbox 1) and compare the serial number to that of the configuration one inside the original dash? Could you post your findings in this matter so we will know definitely. If your serial is indeed different than what is displayed on the screen. Then this must be the problem.
