with things like this it rests on whether other peopel notice you are cheating, and then report you, enough reports can limit your activities on Live (such as banning from matchmaking or opti-match or whatever they call it in rs3) they can also flag your GT, which will result in an instant ban if you have an upgraded HD

no, doign that woudl require using backup copy of the game, which you cant launch under the retail bios (and cant use on Live)
