Here is a code for the first person who wishes to use it.  Pls post if you used it though so others know not to even try.  There are a few restrictions.
1) Only available on xbox 360 accounts
2) Only available on new accounts and can not be combined with other offers.

In other words I dont think this can be used by any premium bundle people since those bundles come with 1mo free.  However, people with the core bundle who have upgraded to get a HDD should be able to use it.
