MS doesnt ban the HD (they cant), they just ban the EEPROM.  If you lock the old HD with a new EEPROM, they wont know what drive it is and if its been banned before. Theres no way they can tell because your using an unbanned EEPROM.

Ya I've read all of those.  I was hoping for a polygamy marriage with the new eeprom.  But I guess since I tried to log on again with the hdd after the eeprom was banned, it banned the hdd.  So then when I tried the polygamy with the new eeprom, the hdd was banned, so obviously I was banned.  And that was my original question anyway: could I use that hdd after I tried to relogon with a banned eeprom?  And for all of you out there, the answer is NO!
