I Really Need Help-i'm Confused!

I have both the xboxdash.xbe and evoxdash.xbe on my Hard Drive. I'm guessing that evoxdash will only load if you turn the xbox on with the modchip on. Is that right? Will I still be able to play or will i be banned?

PLEASE HELP ME!
Do I need to get rid of evoxdash or is it ok?  I'm confused...

I have an X2 modchip with a switch (boot normal and evoX)
Stock HD
Never been on Live

I don't want to be banned

As long as your chip is off, you should be fine.
