If they are both wireless routers, then sure you can. You would probably have to mess with some settings for the routers though.

If you have the Linksys WRT54G router, you could use the alchemy firmware or Sveasoft.  I don't think you can create a wireless bridge with two routers right out of the box.

The feature you are looking for is called WDS. It allows two wireless devices to connect to each other wirelessly in a bridge fashion. Not many routers support it.

Instead of having two routers you can use an access point that supports WDS + a router that supports WDS.
