If Original Xbox Gets Banned, Does The 360?

I plan to get a 360 sometime within this year(I need a job first grr.gif ), but I will still use my regular xxbox for online gaming.  If I dont turn my chip off or something and I get banned, is my 360 also banned?

no, only the xbox is banned, and the gamertag is flagged, but a flagged GT should have no effect on a 360
