yes its ur filter i had the same problem just unplug ur modem and replug in all the filters and retsart the modem it should do the trick

Do you have cable phone?  I dont know if its only near me but it is phone that runs through the cable lines.  I know since I got it it lags more, but I havnt noticed if its from the phone or not, I will check next time.

I have tryed unpluging the filters and restarting the modem, but it hasn't worked for some reason, thanks for the sugestion anyway. I have wirless phones instead of cable, and i have a filter attached to the base unit.
Any other ideas???
