Am I Banned?
« on: February 13, 2006, 05:30:00 PM »

I have a V 1.0 Xbox with a dual tsop flash. One blank is flashed with the X-2 bios and the other with the M$ bios. The last time I was on XBL was this morning, and everything worked fine. When I tried to get on tonight, with Halo, every time I tried to go into matchmaking it would tell me, Sorry but we couldn't find a match for you. Sometimes it would let me get all the way to configuring game stage  before it did it, and sometimes I can even play on matchmaking. I thought it may have been a problem with their servers but none of my friends are having this problem. To get on XBL with my system I ALWAYS, change from my 200 gig drive to my stock drive, and change over to the M$ bios blank. I just can't figure out if I'm banned, because I don't get any kind of message saying I am, and if I am banned, then how in the hell did I get banned.

sounds more like a problem with your ISP/Live than any ban ive ever heard of

if Live cant find anyone with a low enough ping to play you without a ton of lag it will say no matches

Bungie updated the matchmaking gametypes, everyone was having that problem including me. Doesn't mean you were banned.
