I recently decided that I would try Xbox Live, instead of using Xbox Connect.  I tried to register through my Xbox via MS Dashboard, and every time I try to setup a new account, it takes me back to Evolution-X.  I tried popping in my Halo 2 disk, and trying to get on through there.  I clicked Xbox Live, and create new account, and told the Xbox that it was OK to exit Halo 2.  THen, it tried to take me to the screen where you register, but I got an error 21.

I wanted to know how to fix this, since I know people have gotten on Xbox Live with a softmodded Xbox.  Thanks.

Nevermind.  I sort of fixed the problem.

I decided to pop in the stock 8 gig hard drive that came with my Xbox, and save the modded 120 gig HDD that I had hot swapped.  Well, I UNSOFTMODDED the stock hard drive, and now I'm able to connect to Xbox Live....


....however, getting it to accept my XBL code is a different issue.    But thats nothing that can be solved here.

i have a softmodded stock hdd and i cannot get a ftp connection...i want to ftp so that i can take my soft mod off that a fellow XS member did and i want XBL...
