"jumping" X-box Live Prob

Gday all, thanks for having me,
Have X BOX Live on and during online play the screen "jumps" from one area of the map to another, (no continuity). My Xbox is not modded and games are new. its happening to any live game I play. Please let me know what I can do, if anything.

sounds liek really bad lagging, how is your internet connection? not just bandwidth, but latency too
