i was having the same problem you were a couple of weeks ago. i got banned so i got a new hard drive and eeprom. i thought that the eeprom had already replaced the old one so i would try to log in and got the same message. so i flased it or what you want to call it onto the xenium ice and right after that i got right in to xbox live. so im guessing it is the marriage theory.
