no, you wont get banned

and youll only get banned with h2 if you are hacking the game on Live, or get enough negative feedback that they flag your GT

you can play any original game on live with your modchip switched off.

as a precautionary measure, turn off the auto-connect to xbox live feature in the ms dashboard.

there was alot of paranoia when h2 first came out becaue of unexpained bannings, those have all since been explained by marriage theory
