Live Enabled Games Cause Video Problem

Anytime I try playing any xbox live enabled game (eg. Gauntlet Seven Sorrow, Halo 2, X-Men Legends 2, etc), the video feed on the xbox goes completely screwy. Doing an IGR brings me back to the dashboard but the video feed is still messed up until I reset my xbox.

I had a similar problem before and solved it by cleaning out my E:\CACHE folder, but clearing the CACHE folder doesn't help anymore.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I'm not trying to sign into the live service, just load the game. My Auto Sign In on the M$ dashboard is disabled.
