Check out www.teamxtender.com  They have a expansion unti that allows you to hook up to 3 HD's in an xbox and switch back and forth. I have been using it for about 6 months now and it is great. But when I got it, it would not work. I had to replace the cables that came with it and did alot of fiddling around on my own. They were supposed to fix that problem with the new version, but I'm not sure if they did or not. I have an Xecuter 3 and I have it set up so that it disables XBL login when the chip is on. I also have a 300G HD and 2 10G HD. I use the 300G for game backups and one of the 10's is my stock drive and the other 10 I have linux installed on it. Hope this helps.
