Delete it!! Nothing bad happens if you delete it, but if you don't delete it-
do you really want someone else to be able to use your account and mess it up? Imagine if you constantly get booted off Live because he signs in. What if he removes people off your friends list, adds people you don't know, gets you banned from Halo2 MM or delevels you...

Totally agree, delete the account. Who said that you will be able to sign on both the xbox and the xbox 360.

He could get you banned or anything.

And most importantly - youd kinda have your freinds and his. And you'd probably start deleting each others. He could even start buying premium content if you forgot to disable it, but disabled - how would he like it if he wanted premium content?

Too many issues.

Link your xbox live account to your passport account now so you can get to it easily from the 360, then delete the account record from your xbox.

Ok. Found it for you.

Go to xbox.com and then click on the top right button which reads 'Sign In'. You then need to log onto your passport acocunt (if you dont have one create one) and then you'll go through various steps - one of which is Linking your Gamertag.

I imagine you are now linked. However, I do not know if that is all.

I would try contacting M$ and explain your situation and what you have done so far - just to confirm.
