Hey I was banned so i got a new eeprom i am using a stock hdd with nothing Non M$ but it is the same hdd i got banned with. what should i do

Ok this should make me almost unbanable right. Me and my friend swap hdds (his is unmodded never used on live). I get an new eeprom and boot all my homebrew stuff off a cd.

If your friends xbox is unmodded, you can't just swap in his HD cause it is locked to his eeprom. You would have to mod his, unlock his hd, then put it in yours and lock it.
