Dead Of Alive Ultimate

Do any of you experience lag and delay and even a bit of choppy action in DOAU while playing on live? I am wondering if its my connection or a pretty much persisent issue with the code running on the american network. I have heard of others with issues and it seems only to happen in america. Anybody else?
