you might have FTP'd the eeprom config file to the wrong directory (before "loading from bin file" in config magic). I copied mine to a different dir, and when I attempted to reflash the new one, all my data points were 0's and whatnot. Make sure you copy the eeprom file he sent you to the config magic/data folder THEN load from bin file (after all of the other necessary steps of course, like unlocking the hdd).

It's in the right directory plus I checked it on my PC with liveinfo.

All seems to be right on the eeprom apart from ther serial number and region. I can change the region but doesn't the serial number need to be valid?
