Have I Been Banned?

I had the 21 error when i messed with my xbox dash, but when i used a cd with live to update my dash it fixed it. The 21 error is hdd general failure, hdd not formatted, hdd full. Have you tried updating your hdd and messed up? is it the stock hdd? No this isnt a M$ ban its just something isnt lining up for the retail bios.
